I can feel her hunger, can see the want in her eyes. Her teeth grow sharp - sharp enough to eat me. And she wants to. She lets me see it, lets me feel the churning hunger that is so like rage. It gasps and begs in her stomach, the way my frenzy cuts and spirals in my chest.
