Isn't familiar to you when you find a person that speaks out in public such like buses or metro-stations because she/he finds life hard to live and is going through pain but to us they are known crazy right but they are not crazy. We all have those moments so simply police takes the person away from the scene so life can go back to way the things are, clearly others do not realize what the real problems are.
