لزم السعي إلى التحرر من سطوة العوالم (القديمة وامتداداتها الحديثة) والتفكير خارج فضائها الآسن، وعلى النحو الذي يفتح الباب حقاً لخطاب الفجر الذي ينبلج الأن. وضمن هذا السياق، فإنه يلزم التنويه بأن هذا التحرر لا يتعلق أبداً برفض أي من الدين أو الحداثة، بقدر ما يتعلق بضرورة تجاوز خطاب "القوة" الذي استبد بهما، إلى خطاب "الحق" الذي جرى تغييبه فيهما. وبقدر ما يؤدي هذا التجاوز إلى بناء دولة الحق التي يرنو إليها الكافة في العالم العربي، فإنه سيسمح أيضاً لكل من الدين والحداثة أن يستعيدا روحيهما الحقة.

وفي كلمة أخيرة؛ فإنه الانتقال من الاشتغال بآلية الجمع "التجاوري" الذي يتحدد بحسبها بناء كلٍّ من الواقع والخطاب اللذين يسودان عالم العرب إلى التأسيس المعرفي للمفاهيم التي يتداولها الكافة من الأيديولوجيين السابحين ( على تنوع تياراتهم وأطيافهم) على سطح خطاب راكد، من غير تدقيق وفحص وضبط، بل عبر ضروب فادحة من التعميم والتلفيق التي حالت، وستظل تحول، دون أن تتجاوز مصر، ومعها العرب، واقعاً فرضت عليه إكراهات الأيديولوجيا أن يعيش انقساماً فاجعاً بين جوهره ومظهره؛ وهو الانقسام الذي يسعى العرب، بثوراتهم، إلى تخطيه ورفعه، وغنيٌ عن البيان أن ذلك لن يكون ممكناً إلا بترسيخ خطاب التأسيس.
